I was doing well, but now I'm not...?!
Question: Ok so I lost like 5 lbs in 2 weeks and over about a 1 month period I lost nearly 7lbs but I've totally ruined eveything and put tons of the weight on and now I've only lost 2lbs. What can I do to get back on track, I was so positive and I could see the difference but now I'm not. Any ideas?

I'm in somewhat the same as you, I'm ready to give up, i workout 6-7 days a week for an hour, eat healthy, and i don't see results, as for you get back to how u started, what i suggest, is drink a lot of water and cut the sugar and flour out, that would be the best way to start right back up, u should lose about another 5 pounds in a week just doing that alone, good luck
Yes of course, it is simple. Keep doing what your were doing to lose the weight and quit doing what you did to put it back on.
