Will i loose weight?!
Question: i i eat an apple with black coffee for lunch
and a turkey sandwhich for dinner
how much weight would i lose and how fast?
i ususally would eat
cereal for lunch
and maybe a bagel or something small for a snack before dinner
pasta or a sandwhich or whatever for dinner
and yogurt, pudding, ice cream before bed
and if i go back to eating normal, which isnt much different than that 'diet' would i gain it back?
i gained abput 8 pounds because i let my cookie/ice cream addiction get outta hand:(
im pretty depressed and havent been hungry b ecuase im upset (i eat when im bore and i got grounded), so it shouldnt be hard, but its easy to slip up and break the cycle to have 12 cookie
prom is in may, could i get my weight down around 20 pounds?
i need to loose 4 inches in my waist
and 3 inches in my hips
my lovehandles make me want to puke my guts out/.
im also gona start yoga again.
and i smoke cigs, so i usually have one in the am with black coffee

Don't analyze it so much. If I start worrying about my weight then I automatically gain because I am thinking about food.
Eat only when your hungry, not when bored etc...
Love yourself as you are and just stay really active. Do you binge? If so, talk to a professional about this o.k... Been there, done that.
You need breakfast and a bigger lunch and snacks between. Eat 1500 calories and spread them out throughout the day! =D
If you want to lose weight make sure you eat breakfast it will jumpstart your metabolism in the morning!! If you want to lose weight try no more than 1500 calories a day, and exercise plenty!
