Personally, I like average maybe even a little larger guys. I feel more protected and less intimidated. Something about super buff guys screams "asshole."
toned. Super buff, as in on steriods or something, is just nasty looking. But some muscles are needed I think

Average or toned. It doesn't look like to much muscle but just enough. And with average it doesn't look weird like the guys not super skinny.

I like guys that are healthy. Of course if they are toned it is nice because other girls may think they are hot, which makes you look like you are hot otherwise he wouldn't be with you. Right? I'm not into super buff. To me it just doesn't look right. It looks like they are trying way to hard.
i think just average looks great.
seeing guys who are all "muscle-y" looks discusting and un-clean to me.
guys who are skinny look weak, sick, and out of shape.
guys who are toned look ok, but average is always best!!

But to be honest, once I get to know a guy his body type really doesn't bother me!
as long as they aren't overly-muscular, it doesn't usually matter to me as much as personality, but toned is usually the hottest, because they aren't that fat, and at the same time aren't disgustingly muscled. thats just my opinion though
