I have lost 60 pounds in two months this has worked and i kept it off!!!! no diet or pills necessary.......... Eat brekfast small portion eat slowly eat as soon as you get hungry again if u eat every time you get hungry this will boost your metabolism......... NO POP OR SUGAR DRINKS ............. very small portions many times a day.......... eat slowly get your calories from food not drinks......... try this the healthier the food the better............ if you dont have time to work out here is something you can do wj=hile sitting on your butt or standing........ flex your stomache muscles while sucking in hold it as long as you can and keep repeating until u cant stand it any more an hour later do it again..... and so on so on

I dunno if this will help but drink 10 bottles of 500ml of water a day only eat vegatables and fruit stay away from salty foods and sugary foods.. and lay off the meat..

Drink lots of water. It makes you feel fuller so you eat less of everything else. Also, people don't seem to realize that nuts have a LOT of fat in them. If you're going to be very active, the benefits of eating nuts are awesome, but otherwise you're just adding unnecessary calories to your diet. You would do better just eating lean chicken filets than nuts for protein. Drinking a little extra caffeine before you work out will improve your performance slightly, but don't rely on it. Popcorn is a good snack to fill you up without a lot of calories. Good luck!

lol..I love your sense of humor..my secret for dropping weight fast...No Carbs!..I cut out the bread, potatoes, and white sugar...and the weight just fell off...I was'nt hungry because I was still eating good..all the meat I wanted..no breading..salads, fruits, nuts, bacon, eggs..and I drink only water anyway so that helped flush it out quicker. Just taking those 3 items out of my diet..I could'nt believe the results. I think you can loose close to your goal by trying this..it really worked for me..good luck!

I don't know about losing the whole 50lbs. in 3 months. I could get you close to 30lbs. First off, if you are not already drinking enough water start. Drinking the proper amount of water can cause you to lose up to 6 lbs. without trying.(whether or not 8 oz., 8 times a day is too much is uncertain, but be aware there actually is such a thing as water poisoning) Your body holds onto water if you are not getting enough, and the result is excess weight. If you stick with 1,200 calories you will lose about 2 pounds a week. (adjust calorie amounts according to you, different people lose different amounts, and even though you might be proud if you lose more than that, you should increase your calorie intake, or you risk damaging your body) So, eat lots of fiber. If you lose the weight too fast you will regret it, becuase you will gain back all the weight and then some. To find out if you are doing the right things I would reccomend going to mypyramid.gov, it's a really good site, it will actually help you analyze your food for the day. It is free, and works better than anything else I can think of. You could also try body wraps, and try detoxing your body for the first couple of weeks. During a detox people normally just eat fruit, veggies, and water.. It will really jump start your weight loss, but you will most likely feel like you are starving to death.. Doing this will not only make you lose weight, but will help clear up your skin if you have probs w/ acne. (I do not do the detox, I like food too much.. I'm just fine and dandy with a pound a week) I would also suggest taking a multivitamin once a day, it is good insurance for your body, and if your body is getting what it needs it won't demand you to keep eating. Some people have success with diet pills, because they help you from being hungry. I would steer clear of these though. Any kind of drug you take has side effects. Even vitamins can cause negative side effects. When first starting a multivitamin it can cause diarrhea, or the strange green poo. You really should try to make time to exercise.. You only need 10 minutes here and there to make a big difference. I usually only do about 20 minutes of whatever a day, and even that small amount is beneficial. I'm working at being better about exercising, but sometimes I just don't care. You can use many of the online weightloss groups. If you want to know the one I'm in just ask and I'll post it on this page, or email it to you. Good luck.

OK well firstly you haven't stated your reasons for needing to lose that amount, I'm assuming for some event? You gotta take it easy...sometimes it's important not to focus on what it says on the scales...I've been losing weight gradually and the main thing which is helping is exercise, but because I've gained muscle, not a lot of change has been made on the scales at all... so I always check to see how my clothes are fitting, the visible changes are what count. So even if you don't lose the full 50 pounds you need, you have to check whether you LOOK like you have. If the scales say you haven't lost much, it could be just a bit of water weight or muscle gain.
I hate to say it but I must stress to you that some exercise should be involved with the diet, you really can't have one without the other. Don't have much time? All you need is 30 minutes of straight, hard, cardio, 3-5 days a week if you can manage it. Anything that gets your heart rate up. Put on some music and dance around like crazy for half an hour. Go for a run around the block. Don't like jogging? A fast walk can be just as effective. Do some laps around the pool, nonstop.
If you're serious about it, join a local gym on a short membership. This will be an incentive to do some exercise because you're paying. Or, simply join a class of some type, maybe an aerobics one? They are a great way to get motivated.
Believe me, exercise will give you a head start because you're burning what you're putting in. And yes, you are living in la la land if you think you can lose that amount purely on dieting. Unless you practically starve yourself, which is just plain dumb.
Good luck!
