Eating healthy and endurance?!


Question: i need help i havent eat vegetables or seafood for the last 10 years i need help how do i eat healthy right now im probably going to die at 40 please help me how do i try new foods and stop being overweight and i need to gain endurance im the slowest person om my class please dont make fun of me

Make it easy on yourself.. try a different vegetable daily. A serving size is what?? 1/3 cup or the size of your palm. You don't need to eat a truck load to get the benefits of eating healthy. Try a serving a day and regarding fish.. the same thing. the size of your palm, the size of a deck of cards.. I eat salmon, trout, sole and talapia. Tuna sandwich is good too. Cut the crap in your diet. Limit soft drinks or cut them out entirely. Eat whole grain and brown rice too. You have to do it one step at a time.. If you haven't eaten veggies or seafood in 10 years, it might take you months to acquire a taste for other foods.. One step at a time!

Firstly don't panic..
For endurance you need to work a little bit longer than you have the week before.
So if you can walk around the sports field 5 times, try walking 6 and increase it as the weeks go by.
You will be tired but you will notice that you can work for longer.
Also try enjoying your exercise and this will make you want to do it more. Don't like running? try swimming.
Cookies are my downfall and I'm working on replacing cookies with fruit. It takes a little while for your taste buds to start liking them but they do.
I place my fruit on the shelf each day and try to make sure I eat it before i go to bed.
