Anyone know how i can work on this?!

Question: i have never had to work on my body, just had 'good genes' and i am lost here:

i had a c-section 4 months ago (at age 24). i have always had a flat stomach, even after my firstborn (i was 18), without working out. i barely excersised before this pregnancy, just kept up with my 5 yr old. however, this second pregnancy was very painful for most of the time, and i was very limited on activity. four months later, i am low-energy (he sleeps, so do i, so i know its not 'new baby exhaustion') and have a pooch over my scar. i know it will not all go away, but i need some excersises that can start small, because i still have some random soreness. and i think excersising may bring back some of my bounciness, now i just don't feel like doing anything, and i really think this is behind alot of my issues- stay at home mom sits around all day, baby blues, just need a jump start, and a good workout my do the trick- what routines could i start, keeping in mind the c-section, and starting small?

Hi. I too am a c-section mom of 2 kids and I know how it feels. Its only been 4 months since, and I don't for you think exercising at this stage would be a good idea. Are you fat only around your stomach or have you gained all over the body? I have been on a programme to lose wieght and gain energy, and its just awesome. I know of women who've also benefitted after childbirth from this, they've lost weight and regained their energy. Its very simple, and gets you amazing results. email at weighright@yahoo.ca or call -1888 318 4056 for details
