What can I do on a rainy day to lose some weight?!

Swim* hahaaa who would have thought?
walk up and down stairs in your home
do sit ups/push ups, skipping , dancing /aerobics
eat healthy.stay away from junk food(sugars)
drink lots of water

Seriously, eating a healthy, nutritious primarily natural foods diet will have a greater affect on weight management than any activity will.
sex
jog in place
Go swimming.
Get a workout dvd. (I would reccoment urban workout from amazon, it's great!!)
Eat less/ more healthily
Get a swiss ball (look it up on the internet, they're not too expensive, and they're gret for abs &legs)
Join the gym (as a final resort, it can be expensive)
And when it stops raining,(or if you have a big enough house) get a boxer skipping rope (the thin plastic ones are the best, you can feel it burn!! Also, try and built up to triple skips and jumps, as low as 15 mins 5 days a week'll keep you in shape.

Wow maybe you are too thin. Well anyway eat a sensible diet, cut out junk food. And also exercise moderately. Ask your doctor next time you see him or her what they think you should do.
Who says your 8 pounds over weight? Dont take it to far but it is good that you want to get on it now. Some people wait years and 60 pounds later to do anything about the weight gain. Believe it or not weight training can help. Not only will you tighten up but you will shape the body and have an over all sexy, fit look. You will get rid of the bad weight but you may gain some good. Gaining good weight will in turn help you to burn more fat. Giving weight training a try would really be worth it for you.
