Question: that when u take abloodtest afterwards u can't really eat anything cause u feel naushes(it's not like I was scarred of the needle or something, I watched the hole presigiur and no faiing or being scarred), I just don't feel 2 eat, altough I have low bloodpreasure and I should be eating

I know this feeling very well! It's Ok at least drink something like hibiscus(hot not cold) or anything with salt or sugar in it..hope this helps..
I have a bad practice that I will not have the breakfast. I eat a little snacks for the lunch even I am not comply. I don't want to eat anything if I haven't got enough time to sleep. And my blood pressure is stable. I think I have to change my practice as I am getting older.
