If i did aerobic exercise 2 hours everyday, wouldi loose weight?? how much??!


Question: yes u wud loose weight.atleast 1 kilo a week.bt the sad part is tht once u stop doing it then u put on all the weight u have lost.cos the muscles tht tighten up with the aerobics jus get flabby if u stop.plus u get more hungry after the exercising so u have to make sure u eat right

A LOT, A LOT, AND A LOT. You would be so thin. you would at least lose 50 pounds in two months or least!!!!!!!

if you did any kind of exercise for 2 hours a day you would lose weight. and drink lots of water. that makes the fat easier to burn.

Losing weight depends on caloric intake and caloric burn off. If you eat nothing and do aerobics for 2 hours everyday you're going to lose weight. If you eat a 1,600 (diabetic diet) you will lose weight. Keep in mind if you're trying to lose weight YOU MUST EAT! You burn calories just by eating because you're body uses energy to make energy, and thus burns calories by digesting them. I really hope you're not anorexic or plagued with some other eating disorder....If so don't worry about losing weight, practice your English and spelling and ask a psychiatrist what you should do.
