If someone who lifts weights has big arms, how many inches would this be conside!

Question: Depends on how tall they are. Sometimes someone can have a smaller size arm then someone else, but they will look bigger.

"Big" arms is all a matter of proportion to the body. For some people 10" arms are big, but for other people it may be 16"+.
