What is the healthiest choice at a diner?!


Question: I love diners but I'm a healthy eater as well. I always go for an egg white omelet with no cheese and veggies, a fruit cup and a side of dry whole wheat toast. Also, a chef salad with the dressing on the side (and don't eat all of the cheese) is ok.
