Eating wheat breat to lose weight.?!


Question: I have been eating (1)wheat bread sandwiches light cream spread and drinking water every morning, noon and night totaling (3) sandwiches for the past two days eliminating snacks, alcohol, rice and doing home aerobics every 30 min to get my heart pumping if I go at this rate how much weight will I lose and how long will it be? My target is 50 lbs.

Your eating to much bread .
Try this one egg hard boiled and a piece of fruit for breakfast.
A handful of almonds. for a morning snack.
A no more than 2oz piece of chicken fish or turkey a small salad with low cal and fat dressing. for lunch
A piece of fruit or vegs for a snack between lunch and dinner.
And the same for dinner as lunch make sure you eat this all before 6pm and drink lots of water and walk for at least 30 mins a day uphill works best.

you should talk to your doctor about what kind of diet would be appropriate for you.

dont put too mmuch stress on ur selff try fasting from thingss ur addicted too orr probably see the doctor
