Dieting help please.....?!
Question: Greetings everyone,
Over the past five years I have put on a lot of weight, 75 pounds to be exact. I am now 28 years old, 6' tall, and an unhealthy 300 lbs. I really want to lose weight and get fit again so that I can enjoy life while I am still young, but I struggle everytime I try to diet. I consulted my doctor and found out that I do not suffer from diabtes, or any other problem that can inhibit weight lose. I have been eating as healthy as possible, including a lot of fruits and vegetables. I have been keeping my calorie intake below 1,500 per day. And I excersise 4 times each week by walking, jogging, riding excercise bikes, and performing calistinics. I can lose 15 pounds or so, but it seems to come back in a few weeks. Is there any help out there for me. Thanks for any help.

Walk at least an hour, non-stop, per day
The body is designed to walk. Research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body
