Yoga- Good calorie burner and weight loss help?!
Question: Is yoga a good way to go with helping losing weight?? I have done it once before and I know that it is hard but I am just wondering if it helps with weight loss much at all? and how many days a week is good? Its offered 4 days a week at my gym.

yes it definitely a good way to lose weight.
my husband and i go together 3 or 4 times a week at our gym and he is always soaked all the way down to his shorts.
i get soaked but not like he does. the first month that i started doing the yoga everyone started to notice a weight loss on me. i had been so busy, i felt better, but didn't really notice that lost enough weight for people to realize it.

its the best. Don't worry about calories and pounds - worry about inches. You will lose inches off your waist, thighs, etc with yoga.
Hmm I think it is, but I know that swimming is a great way to do it.
weight loss should be a combination of cardio work strength training and eating a good balanced diet. you can use yoga as strength training or a cooling down thing.
