I am stuck 130lbs. please help.?!
Question: I am 5'4 and 130 lbs. I gave birth to twins about 13 mos ago. i am back to my pre pregnancy weight but i want to lose extra 10 lbs. I work out 5- 6 days a week, eat 5 times a day. I counted my calories and it is about 1400 a day. I wear size 3 to 6 jeans depends on the brand. My husband told me muscles weight more than fat but it is not like i am bulging out with muscles everywhere.I don't know what I am doing wrong. Seems like no matter what I do I am 130 lbs. Any suggestions?

Muscle does weigh more than fat but, U r probly just going thru a leveling out period and U will continue to lose as long as U continue to exercise! Good Luck!!
Eat 3 times a day instead of 5...
-Breakfast
-Lunch
-Dinner
eat SmartOnes, or Lean Cuisine three times a day. Thats what my mom does. it works for her. or maybe your body just wont loose any more weight. i'd say 130 is fine, im 130 5 4 and i am 16, so yeah
