Is using a hoola hoop good for cardio excersize?!
Question: Anything that raises your heart rate is a great cardio exercise! It could work to improve your cardio, but walking, biking, and jump roping would be better. Hoola Hoops are great on the abs though.

Yea, but jumping rope burns 1000 calories an hour! But is more tiring. But wayy better carido
