A matter of LIFE or DEATH! HELP!! EMERGENCY!!?!


Question: I need to lose weight about 30-35 pounds in less than 2 months. which diet pill is the MOST effective AND the FASTEST?? i know it's not healthy and exercise is better etc etc etc but i've done all that and progress is very slow but I need to lose this weight under 2 months-i have to

pls help and give some reference to which pills

You need something that has alot of proven ingredients in them, minus the dangerous ephedra like stuff. I'd go to a NUTRITION STORE such as The Vitamin Shoppe, or a store that specizlizes in knowing alot about nutrition and health. Don't go to a chain like GNC, youll just get what they want u to hear, marketing. Vitamin shoppe counts like that as well but from my experience theyre a bit more...into actual health, wheres GNC seems to be more strict towards athletics.

Ask them for dietery supplements, strong/good ones, not just the popular market brands.

They should put you on some pills that have NATURAL ingredients in them.

Also what you should look into is, drink LOTS of green tea, or better yet get pills that combine green/white/black and other teas in one, which are great for your health and your metabolism.

Eat NEGATIVE calorie foods such as celery which actually help you lose calories by eating them, and make ice cubes your best friend. It takes more calories to melt an ice cube , and it fixes your oral fixation need to chew as well as hydrates you.

Eat, you have to eat because starving shuts down your stomach, metabolism, and you can gain weight then even if you eat a pebble.

So you must eat but eat veggies, fruits, WHOLE GRAINS, fish, soy products, etc.

Also make sure you take a WHOLE FOOD vitamin.

you can try certain shakes such as the new and improved slim fast shakes only have 180 calories per bottle and they curb hunger for up to 4 hours, etc.

there are also other supplements/bars which have whole food ingredients in them.

Also on top of this, make sure you get exercize but nothing too vigorous, you dont want to over do it.


DOnt stress, sleep well,

and you should feel great.

Also if you really want, get some of those cellulite busting and skin firming creams, theyre not miracle cures that work wonderfully, but they do Help a little!


all of this combined and you will honestly be well on your way to losing weight.

However 30 lbs in less than 2 months is a TAD TAD bit extreme, and the only way to really do that is lyposuction otherwise.

But the methods I metnioned + exercize , and you have to lose weight because mathematically, less calories consumed, and increase in calories burned in exercize = weight loss.

But don't OVER DO IT. you can seriously hurt your body.

the illegal ones get some add meds from your friend they work pretty good(adderall or ritalin)

Why do you have to??? Diet pills are not safe...they will dehydrate you at the least and make you feel miserable. If you really want to drop pounds fast mut safe (short term) try drinking a glass of skim milk for breakfast, another glass for lunch, and then eating big portion of veggies and a small portion of meat for dinner.

first of all, why???? u should excersise but if you need to do it really fast, um.. you should ask ur doctor or go to the pharmancy! it will help u the best! i would recomend some pills in the pharmancy, first check with your doctor to see if it is right for you!

There is a magic pill called:

Decrease daily calories/Increase daily exercise.

It is the best way to lose weight.

Cocaine? Crack? Meth Amphetamine? Wait, don't lisiten to me.. What I would do is stop shoveling doritos into my mouth and get my big *** up off the couch!

I highly doubt this is a matter of emergency. If it is, you need to be discussing this with your doctor, not here.

Pills don't work. At least not for the long term. And the ones that do work, will usually make you feel jittery all day, which is not a good feeling.

30lbs is a lot of weight to lose in under 2 months. IF you drop that much weight that quickly, it would be unhealthy, and you'll only stand to gain it all back immediately, plus more weight. i won't lecture you on the healthy way and smart way to lose the weight. It's up to you to know that and discuss this matter with your family doctor.

You can't lose 30-35 lbs in 2 months by taking some weight loss pills - ONLY.
In my opinion there are 3 things to control weight.
Diet, Exercise and Medicines. On top of this you have to have a very disciplined life. Go for Herbal Pills and read Books on this issue.
