I think most of them are on the focus of what's important in the workout. I personally do hatha vinyasa combination with the tv.

WHY IS THE TEACHER MAKING YOU FEEL THAT WAY - MAYBE YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER TEACHER OR JUST ASK IF HE/SHE CAN SAY THE ENGLISH YOGA WORD WITH THE FOREIGN ONE. LET THE TEACHER KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.
