If I eat anything, I'll eat everything, so I eat nothing.?!


Question: this is true for me. I cant help but eat too much so i fast. But in the end i end up eating a good amount of calories. What is wrong with this?

Like EVERYONE else is going to say, "Eat healthy, and DON'T eat what you KNOW you shouldn't be eating (like cake,candy,soda, decaf coffee, coffee, junk foods, etc.)" That's TRUE!

Here's how I stopped eating unhealthy food:
-carry around a little notebook (or just a pen and paper).
-EVERYTIME you eat something you KNOW you shouldn't be eating (cake, candy, etc), write down the nutrient facts (fat,poly,mono,cals,vitamins,minerals, carbs, fiber. unsoluble fiber, soluble fiber, sugar, etc.)

The reason WHY it works is because you'll eventually get ANNOYED of writing the nutrient facts down, so you'll just put the junk food away =]

Eat moderately!

You are not eating when you are hungry and stopping when your full. The body is very well designed, it tells you when to eat and when not to, it also tells you what to eat to be healthy you just have to listen!

Ok you eat a good amount of calories each day, whats the problem? gawd, and eating nothing is never an answer.

when you eat dont eat so much. lil amounts at a time always help me. tell yourself no! it works. eat healthy, and you canhave as much as you want!

Everything is wrong with that. I understand what you are saying but you have to understand that the body is basically a machine.. When you fast, the bodies response is basically that of starvation, with this in mind the body automatically burns less calories because "it thinks" you are starving. Makes no difference if you are 120lbs of 320 lbs the bodies reaction is the same.
The secret in losing weight is really no secret at all. All you have to do is eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, without gorging yourself, drink about 8 glass's of water in between with a moderate 20 minute walk a day and you will loose weight guaranteed. A healthy weight loss is about 1-2.5 lbs per week, Men are slightly higher.

What's wrong with this?? You know what's wrong with it!! You're killing yourself.

Learn to eat when you are hungry.
Stop when you feel full.
Eat consciously....don't watch TV or read a book/newspaper....Pay attention to how your stomach feels while you are eating..
