How soon can I drop sizes following this plan?!


Question: I'm an 11 aiming for a size 5-7!

I eat a healthy breakfast with a slim fast protein shake

Lunch, if I'm still full from breakfast I just don't eat any

Dinner, a light dinner, a Boca (meatless vegetarian burger)

I wanna go from an 11 to a size 5! I AM EXERCISING FOR AN HOUR A DAY!

If you're exercising for an hour a day on what you're eating, you're going to plateau pretty quickly. You should be eating 5-6 small meals a day, don't ever skip meals, and try to eat whole foods, nothing from a can or a box. Also, if you try to continue on such little calories at an hour a day of exercise, your body is going to catch on, you'll start gaining, retaining water, bloating, and you'll end up too tired to keep exercising. Maybe you need to do a little research and reading before you start trying to plan what you're going to do to lose weight. The only successful way to lose weight is the smart way...slowly. Make sure you eat.
