What exercises should I do for my age?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight, gain muscles, energy, and be able to balance better. I'm 16 so I'm looking for a place if there's any that would let me excercise for free. If not, what type of excercises could I do at home ithout buying any equipment? If I do have to buy equipment, what would be the cheapest?

i know some exercises that don't reguire equipment . hindu squats would be good for gaining muscle and the breathing technique would be good to boost energy. one leg squats would definitely make you stronger and increase your balance. and for upper body there are many different kinds of pushups including one arm pushups and hindu pushups and chinups are great for biceps and back. just have to search the web for how to's. also, great demo videos of above exercises on youtube. even some of girls doing one arm pushups and one leg squats which amazed me because they are hard to do./// i really like doing hindu squats and for my upper body i use those rubber resistance bands that you can buy at almost any store that carries sporting goods. walmart has them. i have weights but the bands are just a more fun workout.///
