as a 15 year old u shouldnt b 2 concerned with ur weight because ur probably still growing. but in case u r done growing id say that u could lose 20 lbs in about 15-20 weeks. this is assuming that u stick 2 a healthy diet and exercise program and dont try 2 starve urself. on a healthy program some1 can expect 2 lose between 1-2 lbs per week (or 2-3 lbs if ur obese...but it doesnt sound like u r). i know this may seem like a long time but trust me, its a lot better 2 lose the weight safely than 2 crash diet, lose it fast, and then gain it all back.

I would say around 8-10 weeks. 20lbs is a lot. I would say you'll lose around 2lbs each week if you restrict your diet and keep up the cardio.

Hi, please reference in our site about "Weight Loss" and find out the best way for you. Our site is at http://letdiet.blogspot.com

Well if you eat right and excersise right and don't cheat and try loosing it to fast you should do it in a month. I think 5 pounds a week should be pretty good and not to fast.

I would say two months. Though it depends on your level of activity, how much you eat and how big you are. The bigger you are, the faster you initially lose.

Good luck!

It takes me almost 1 year. I lost 10 pounds (mostly water) the first few months. Then I start burning my fat. You want to get into a routine that you can stick with. Trying to lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks is unrealistic. Even though you can, you will get it back quick. I lost 40 pounds in 4 years and I remain fit for the past 4 years because I stick with my realistic routine. The key is to set a realistic goal.
