This is what I ate today... healthy or not?!
Question: Breakfast: 1/4 cup of almonds & string cheese
Lunch: Lean Pocket, 1 serving of Trader Joe's baked rice chips, about 12 grapes
Dinner: Grilled turkey burger patty, 6 asparagus spears
Dessert: 60 cal Sugar free pudding

Very healthy. The only suggestion I have is to drink more water (maybe you just didn't state that in here). Also, it wouldn't hurt to have more for breakfast and more fruit/vegetables. It'd also be good to get some dairy in your diet through yogurt or skim milk.
yeah thats pretty healthy but id also suggest taking a multivitamin if you are dieting or something...
