Question: Im 5'4" and I weigh 120 lbs.

in all truth you dont need to lose any weight, but if you feel that you need to lose a few, just give your self a healthy place to start,
cut out the sweets
give your self a goal (like 10-20 pounds) nothing too much
eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day (based on mostly grains, fruit, and rice.)
exersize (running is how i lost 50 pounds, it is a great way to loose unwanted weight)
and relax (stress puts weight on you because you have a craving to eat more and to eat sweet and fatty foods.)
just dont diss yourself occationally you will get a momnent where "man im so fat did i gain weight?" just remember this can be a symptom from periods or just a little bit of water weight.
although i will tell you most men like a little bit of a curve in the belly because it is a very feminine feture

none, you are height weight proportioned. If you are looking at airbrushed pictures of hard bodies and think that is an ideal look,please get a therapist and work it out. You will be trying to reach an ideal that cannot be achieved.
I would say nothing, just do a couple of crunches to tone up your tummy if you are unhappy with your body.
Personally I think you look fine.
you dont even look big but half a stone would make you look slimmer

It's not about losing weight. just tone-up work-out a little and everything will get firmer
at the most prbly 12 lbs

and if u do loose that weight get some muscle that way it'll look great!

Crunches and sit ups to tone, no need to lose weight. But, I would suggest picking up a closet organizer :)

You don't need to lose weight...just tone up. Do 75-100 crunches a night for 1 month. You will notice a HUGE difference
