I run once a week, or month, but still somehow I manage to say in shape!
run! Put one leg in front of the other, but in hyper speed, lol!!!
go to a gym, and use the equipment, run, walk, don't eat unhealthy food, don't sit around, increase activity levels
Depends on your current activity level and weight. Try walking a mile or 20 minutes a day if you've been really lazy.
Ok, running is the best. Try to run everyday, as much as you can. Also, try buying an aroebics CD, and this will be the best execrsie ever.
Get active, get moving- you can do it running, cycling, walking, hiking, climbing, playing sports.
Just about anything expect for sitting at the computer or television :o)
