You are spot reducing, and the body doesn't work that way.
Spot reducing is working out a part of the body to burn fat and/or build muscle.
What you would be more beneficial doing is a total body (working out all your muscles) workout 3 times per week. (e.g. Mon, Wed & Fri).
You need a days rest in between workouts as your muscles tear themselves when you workout and then they need about 24 hours to heal, when they heal they grow back bigger. That's how muscles grow.

wall push ups are NOT as good as regular push ups. I'm a girl, and i had to do SERVERAL pushups for months just to be able to do MAN push ups on the floor. And wall push ups are for people who are REALLY weak or have back and shoulder problems.
and no, it's not against the law to do two different work outs in the same day.
