Am I doing something wrong here?!

Question: I have been counting my calories and I mean everything including condiments, I measure it exactly, I weigh my food on the scale. I add, subtract, divide etc..and I end up at the end of the day eating less than 1100 calories each day and I work out 1-2 hours every single day most of it is cardio and I burn at least 400 calories each work out. I'm very specific in everything I do and I count everything. Well this past week I've only lost 1 pound and I'm freaking out! I need to lose 14 more pounds to join the military but the scale is not going down! My body feels tighter and some parts feel rock solid which is new to me but I'm either exactly the same or lose a pound or less lately and its driving me nuts! I've lost a total of 43 pounds in 6 months and I know this is rather a slow weight loss but for some reason it gets harder to lose a pound. Am I doing something wrong? Please give me some good advice I'm desperate!!

You should NEVER go under 1200 calories! Try to eat a bit more (completely healthy food of course) like veggies, lean protein (fish, meat, legumes), fruit, and whole grains so that you have at least 1200-1500 calories a day. If your body is not getting enough food it will store every bit of food it does get as fat and burn muscle so you won't lose weight. Also, remember than muscle weighs more than fat, so if you gain muscle and lose a little bit of fat, your weight may stay the same of even go up (even though you're losing body fat %). Hope this helps and good luck!

You need to very your foods and workout routines... Doing the same workout and eating the same things, your body will get used to it and you will stop losing.

No, you are doing everything exactly right (it wouldn't hurt to add a few calories to your overall diet). Based on experience, I know the last pounds are the hardest to get off-because your body is set to remain at a certain weight. Thus it holds on to calories and could possibly be going into starvation mode (probably not, but you still should be eating more calories). A lot of the weight on you is probably muscle. Just keep doing what you are doing, and the weight will come off. There is nothing left for you to do. If you are seriously desperate, you could go on a detox diet as they get weight off extremely quickly. (But, you'll most likely gain it all back).
=)
It's doctor recommended to not loose more then 2 pounds a week, so 1 pound is normal.

Muscle is more dense than fat so although you may be losing fat, you're obviously gaining muscle. Your number on the scale may not change much.
