This may seem like a lot, but this list alternates. If I do every exercise, I may only do 2 or 3 sets each exercise. Or each week, I'll choose different exercise to focus on what I need improving on.
I walk for 30 mins in the morning, then walk for 30 mins in the afternoon and do 10-20 mins of pilates 5 days a week
I work out every other day.One day will be legs, then another chest & triceps, then the last one is back & biceps.
I always run for at least 20 minutes before I hit the weights so I don't drop dead.
And I do abs every time I workout.
