Anyone know any good appetite suppressants that I could get at Walgreens or some!
Question: I lift weights alot, but I am trying to get a 6 pack and I find that if I can control what i eat I can actually get one. However I eat all the time ...bad stuff.

Lipo-6. kills your appetite and gives you a boost of energy. Personally I prefer to go the natural route. If you want to feel less hungry eat a diet rich in fiber and protein, and limit your intake of sugar and fast digesting carbs.

Here is one that always does it for me, and it's a good old-fashioned traditional one too: a glass of grapefruit juice in the morning kills your appetite for hours!
In the morning-one and a half cups Grape Nuts cereal with sugar substitute with 1/2 banana and skim or 1percent milk. One half an hour before lunch- one medium sized green apple. Same before dinner.
Fiber make the gut feel full- so does LOTS of water.
Also- be prepared to spend more time in the bathroom as fiber and water gets rid of alot of bad stuff-thus, making you go......BTW-I lost 200 pounds this way- and have kept it off for 10 years by continuing to do it.
