Are protein shakes the way to go?!
Question: i'm trying to build some muscle of course, mainly shoulders and arms and i'm drinking protein shakes 1 or 2 times a day, i'm also trying to lose some body fat as well. I am working out every other day while drinking these, so will i get the results i want??

As long as the protein shakes are part of a balanced, healthy diet, they will give you the added protein you need to build muscles when working out. Just be sure they aren't loaded with calories.
Also, add some cardio workouts to burn fat while you build muscle.
Just make sure you combine them with a balanced diet. There are powders bodybuilders use to help them bulk up, you can ask one of the trainers at the gym what to use, or find a bulky guy at the gym and ask what he uses.
