HELP! a QUESTION ABOUT MY DIET, PLEASE ANSWER!?!


Question: I am 13, I am 5"1, and I weight about 100 pounds. Am I fat? Also, here is the diet I am on:
Breakfast- nothing
Lunch- A special K protein water (50 calories)
Dinner- a protein bar ( 180 calories)
Snack- Fat free yogurt ( 100 calories)
How does this diet sound? How long will it take me to loose 10 pounds?

you are definitely not eating enough, this can actually lower your metabolism and make it really difficult for you to lose weight.
i'm 5"2 and weigh 94 lbs, and believe me i eat way more than you do (about 1200kcal). you just have to make the right choices that will help burn more fat. with what yo eat you will probably have problems in the future, your body will get used to eating few kcal and therefore will lower your metabolism, so when you get a bit older and your metabolism will get even lower and you'll end up gaining weight with whatever you eat.
trust me, try to eat more healthy stuff and more calories. i am doing this and I managed to lose 4 lbs last year!

You're not eating enough. Especially for your age. You are average weight and you aren't fat. You need to eat breakfast and atleast 1,600 calories a day for you age if you're more active than most..

Holy ****. That is a terrible diet. You need whole foods.

i just want to say ur fine but u shouldn't miss a meal coz when u are eatting ur next meal it double the calaries u are eatting which makes u put more weight on i am 156cm and 12 turning 13 and i weight 44 trying loose 4 kilos , anyways u really skinny did u know 13 year old is spose weight 57???!!!

you need to eat small amounts of healthy foods and continue to work out. quit starving yourself!

sometimes the not the food lies fat but ur own katabolisme so u have to changed ur body to basa not sour. eat more vegetable and friuts, do more excersice.
Actually the problems no lies in your diet, but if u really want to diet cut all your snack and skip your breakfast try more healthy food, less oil and less sugar. dinner as possibly as 5 hour before u sleep time. if conditional can dinner before 5 pm.
