Any good advice 4 a decent diet??!! specially if u cant stick 2 them.....?!


Question: what i can say is cook try and cook you own food take fo the fat of the meat when you preparing it trying not to fry things eat lots of fruits you like grapes P: . i can live of those so good. wer was i and vegies i know they taste bad but add a little salt and they will magicaly taste way better really.

Good luck. trust me just dieting alone what help you to lose wieght try to do pyhsical stuff i am not saying go to the gym cause that is boring but do things you really like to do if it is that step game in the arcade go for it if it will get you moving or go play some games with firend it my sound like i am saying to act like a kid but really do things which is fun like that will make you break a big sweat. and you have fun at the same time what is the best part

Make small changes, I have and lost a bit of weight and feel better, such as I dont rele eat sweets, I swap them for fruit flakes which are just as nice, and instead of the usual chips at college, I eat pasta, Little changes can have a big difference.

Don't eat anything white. NO white rice, white bread, pasta, potatoes. You can have whole wheat bread, brown rice, wheat pasta, sweet potatoes. Just easy rule to remember nothing white.

Join 'slimimng world' its real easy to stick to I lost 3.5 stone on it. Good luck

keep it simple
like no flour, no sugar
or don't eat after 7pm
I like the nothing white diet
or the nothing processed diet
a small simple change can make a difference

iam am on a diet right now and i have lost 60lbs. and still going strong. this is what worked for me. I eat a bowl of oatmeal in the moring thats were i get my carbs for the day ( dont cut carbs out they are good for you cause in order to work out you need them and in order to lose weight you need to work out) any ways then eat two small sneaks then a light dinner nothing heavy make sure your dinner is lower in fat and carbs though. And dont eat after 8. and most of all work out and push your self. i owrk out 5 days a week. take it one day at a time. thats what has worked for me and i have been doing it since sep.
