Is it recommended to work out different muscle group on different days?!

yes absolutely or else you will over work your muscles and strain them. the muscles need to rest!
You should give the muscle group 24 hours before you work it again.
i always did abs with lower body, but rest each group for a day between workouts
Yes! It helps so you don't over work and hurt your muscles. And helps to keep you motivated and not overwhelmed
well yea you dont have to do it in that order but you are soppose to work out every other day on one secection
but i work out my whole body in one day then the next day not do anything an do it the next day
keep to that rutine you should be good its not physicly healthy to work out everyday
