Diet ideas?!


Question: im plaining to lose 5 - 15 pounds before summer. im 126 ponunds 5.4 and im 12 i still have baby fat under my arm pits any diet and exersize ideas and how do i lose the baby fat under my arm pits? thx

You dont sound to be extremely chubby!! So you just need to do some light weight training! Do this like every other day! And the days you dont run, do some type of cardio vascular activity! Check out www.bodybuilding.com and chech out some of the things there! Some of the stuff on there can help keep the body tight and in shape! Also try running in the morning to help build up your metabolism! Eat yogurt as a snack and low fat foods! -I'm also trying to get in shape for the summer, so good luck!

lift weights,eat lots of fruit and veggies and get some protein in your diet that will help build muscle.

You can't choose where you will lose weight, but if you follow a balanced healthy diet, and exercise daily it should result in a firmer and slimmer appearance. Just skip the junk food and sodas, eat small portions of healthy foods, and try walking or cardio for about a 45 minutes daily combined with use of some light arm weights.
