Im 14, 5'10'' and weigh 158 lbs....whats the fastest way to loose we!


Question: im 14, 5 feet 9 inches and i weigh 158 lbs. i know what ur thinking: "wow this chick must be a couch potato". no actually im not i play soccer, basketball, volleyball and i run in track. i eat healthy and excersize as often as possable yet i cant loose any weight. any help??????

I'm exactly like you and to get thinner or get a more toned atomach i just do a lot of sit ups. 100 in the morning and 50 at night. Eat a handful of nuts before meals because they stop you craving and eating heaps.

i think its more muscle than fat I don't think you need to worry about it you have to remember muscle weighs twice as much as fat

eat healthy no more junk food no more soda, dehydrate yourself with water (no calories), do sit-ups in the mornings, and night. really think to youself how bad you want to loose weight
