Anyone tried the lemonade diet -?!

Question: i've been on it for 7 days today and i feel lethargic all the time! I'm not giving up before the 12 days though because it has taken me months to get rid of the fat i accumulated on my *** during my pregnancy!!

So has anyone else tried it and what did you do about the lethargy?

I have not tried it, but I saw a program yesterday that mentioned it. It said that people has lost 3-5 pounds in a week. So I would say it works, but don't stay on it for too long in case there are any bad health consequences.

whats it all about never heard of it

Never heard of this one.
Wow what next, the Guinness diet. At least you may get some nourishment, sounds like that is what you are needing.

If I were you I'd lose it by a balanced diet and exercise. It's worked on many, and even if you dont end up losing weight, you will at least know it is healthy. Lemonade is loaded with sugar/artificial sweeteners/flavours.

And when you go back to eating normally any weight you lost on this silly crackpot diet will go straight back on. Healthy eating & exercise is the only way to lose weight.
Would you let your child live on a lemonade diet? No, because you know it's unhealthy. Eat healthily & exercise & you'll be a good example to your child.

I don't have high opinion on any diet if you ask me, but if you insist - hey, it's your body not mine.
As for being too sleepy - brisk walk or energetic music should wake you up. Or take a nap, it's good for you.
Just be careful with that lemon juice - don't let it touch your teeth, it's bad for your tooth enamel.

What? do you only drink lemonade? Stop now you are starving yourself. If you manage to survive you will just pile the pounds back on. A healthy balanced diet with plenty of exercise is the only way to lose weight successfully and in the long term keep it off. If you have a baby to look after then what will happen to it if you pass out due to malnutrition. It's a really dumb thing to do.

I seriously hope this question is just one to wind people up and you are joking!
If not then I wonder if you not only gave birth to your baby, but your brains!
'What sort of a mother, would risk their long term health and short term capabilty of looking after a baby!
You should have your baby put in care, how dare you think can actually look after an infant, when you make such stupid lifestyle decisions! Very scary! What a sad, vain person you must be!

lol as soon as you eat actual food, you know like normal people........ it will be attack of the lost weight, that diet is disgusting eww.
