:( :( i blew my calories wayyyy out of porportion?!


Question: ive been on a diet the past mont, but today i just sort of had.. a breakdown. and could not stop eating. i probably ate like 3,000 calories.


will it make me gain a bunch of weight or anything? is the diet ive been on completely hopeless now?

God no your diet isn't hopeless now!!! everyone eats a bit more here and there!! it's not a big deal at all! just go back to your normal diet trend and don't weiht yourself tomorrow morning because if you have put on some weight it'll more than likely be temporary... but if you weigh yourself you'll just become depressed about it. just excersice for a bit longer than usual tomorrow and go back to your diet and don't get too hung up about it :)

it should do 2 much damage i dont think... i went form 300+ calories to under 1000.... lol every 1 does it

Are you exercising? Do something to burn those extra calories to took in. It will be ok. GOOD LUCK!

nope dont worry about it.....everyone messes up every once in awhile...plus...you dont gain weight after one day...let yourself be happy for a day and dont let it hold you down!! but keep up with the diet tomorrow and it will all be good :) good luck!

You probably won't gain any weight, you probably just won't lose any. That is why you can't restrict yourself from everything. Either give yourself a cheat day where you can have whatever you want or allow yourself an unhealthy snack 2 times a week. It works for me. Otherwise you will binge just like you did cuz food is sooo delicious.

i don't think it'll coz so much harm if u try burning it by working out....but don't beat urself up over that pple always do it but ur diet is ruined ........ but it means ur mind mind wasn't in it u were just technically starving urself.

You're just going to have to get it together and get better mind control. You can't eat like that and expect to lose weight as a matter of fact another day like that and you may gain 2 or 3 lbs.
