Whats the best way to lose weight. Straight up!?!

Joining a gym is a great start.

But also keeping junk foods, ready made processed meals you buy in the supermarket, alcohol and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat. They add pounds to the waistline.

Try to include more wholefoods into your diet. Such as brown bread, brown pasta, brown rice, beans & pulses. These are full of fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Your'e be suprised just by cutting out junk foods, how much weight you can lose.

Remember that you will only lose pounds, if you burn more calories than you consume. To lose a pounds you have to burn through exercise of life functions about 3,500 calories. So the more you MOVE the BETTER. Joining the gym is a great idea.

I know this works. I managed to lose 52lbs in just over 6 months. I ate healthy and embarked in regular exercise. That was 14 months. I have managed to maintain my weight with ease.

restrict calorie intake a little. Even the littlest restriction can help. Cut out soda and drink more water.

CFFE Calories, fat, fiber, exercise.

Limit those calories, especially those from fat, get a modest amount of fiber in your diet, and make sure you get physical activity every day. Remember your heart needs exercise too.

I had pneumoia over Christmas and lost 28pds in 2 weeks, I only ate at max a slice of bread per day as just couldn't eat, so I guess not eating is the quickest way to lose weight but certainly not the healthiest.

long boring cardios are not effective. Try eating healthy first and look at intervals and weights for toning the body
