What you have to do.... Eat for breakfast each day- 1 bowl of low calorie cereal (no more than 200 calories WITH milk) Chrunchy Nut Cornflaske, some special K varieties, low fat bran flakes, cornflakes are amongst these. Try to avoid muisli etc as this is higher in calories.

Then for lunch for 4 weeks eat 1 Shape sustain yoghurt (75 calories) and then for dinner eat something sensible, chicken and pasta with a tomato based sauce instead of cream based. Tehn buy some weight watchers fromage frais yoghurts and some oranges and apples and have one of either those each evening as a snack. Then when you are down to your ideal weight, swap the yoghurt for a lunch with a lunch containing about 200 calories, soup is good, also Boots do a Shapers range which is great, salads as low as 86 calories! Then you should maintain your weight... Also, swap ANY juice drinks for water, cut out all fresh and dillutable juices and drink water. Aim for 1200 calories a day in your loosing weight programme then 1500 a day after that to maintain, adjust according to exercise. Also, it will really help you to look at the calorie content of everything you eat or consider buying to give you an understanding of calorie content in foods so that you can make disicions yourself.

To excercise, each eveng do about 10 star jumps, 10 squats, 10 crunchies (1/2 sit ups) and you will be well on your way with out causing you too much inconvenience! Also, if you are a member of a gym or want to do more then cardio is great, running, cross trainer etc to aid in the weight loss...

eat bread, not rice. Lots of spicy food, because it speed up metabolism. Crunches every other day. My girlfriend has a super flat stomach, she went from size 10 waist to a size 1

Fast occationally, say Mondays and Thursdays.
