Is this a good workout for a 13 year old boy?!
Question: 75 crunches
30 curls on 15LB weights
75 crunches
30 curls on 15 LB weights
65 crunches
and finally 25 curls on 15LB weights
i do this every other day
on the other days i substitute the curls for 3 sets of 30 pushups
and after every workout every day i drink a protein shake
PLZ HELP *also i want 6 pack of abs and hard muscles

yeah that seems good to me :]
but it also depends on your diet, if you are eating a well balanced and nutritional diet, you should be good.
you might want to run to get ride of any excess fat :D
no. you need cardio to get rid of your likely fat deposits. Also, this is far from a complete workout. What about triceps, shoulders, forearms, traps, back, legs?
It's really good... except for one thing. If you only exercise certain areas of your body you could end up damaging them. I would vary your workout activities.

well I'm not shore if this is a Gd workout because i don't lift as much as this only because i play basketball so i rele no trying to get real big. buh dis seems pretty Gd but Ur missing carito(sry i cant spell lol) n leg strength. buh dis is what i do
40curls 20weights (20 on each arm tho)
3sets of 10 diamond push upz
i dont do crunches
ankles weights
lunges with 10lb weights
also i run :)
well das wat i do and im build pretty gd for a basketball player. buh yea if u jus want to get big for no reason den follow ur workout buh add a lil more to it
