Is there any way to lower my amount of muscle?!


Question: I feel as though my thighs have barely any fat, but mostly muscle.

i would really like to tone down, and make them thinner, is there any way about doing this?

It depends on what you are doing to build muscle. Do you work your legs out a lot? If so, then stop. But if you don't do anything and your legs are really muscley then I'm afraid it's genetics and you're stuck with it. Doing low-intesnsity cardio is good for losing weight and as long as you don't work on building the muscles in your legs, then they should shrink in size gradually over time.

do a google search on bodybuilding competitions and look at the pictures of competitive bodybuilders... if your legs have striations and seperation like that, then it's muscle. I have trained many people who have said the same thing, and in the end it turns out to be a whole lot of fat. you can never have big enough muscular legs. people don't even know how they look like.
do a search and look at the pictures, you will change your mind, i assure you.

eat ice cream and don't work out for a while
