go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Try exercise. =)
Go jogging for half an hour each morning, or do crunches. It`s a lot easier to stick to then a diet, the second you stop dieting your going to gain that weight back.
this is my routine:
-breakfast eat a granola ba and apple
-lunch eat a pb&j sandwhich
-go jogging for 45 minutes with my i-pod
-do 30 crunches, then 10 push ups
