160lbs. at middle school age.?!


Question: I am 160lbs at a middle school age. Im 5ft 6in. I dont know the average weight i need to be, but I am wanting to lose alot of weight. the fast but safe way. I want to be able do it at home. but i am in school and in church. plus homework. so its hard to find time to work out and all. I dont really want to buy nutrisystem or LA weightloss. or buy pills. does anybody have any idea how i can lose alot of weight fast?(but safe) thanks you guys. :)

i think the average weight is somewhere between 120-130
but im not sure

when i tried to loose weight (i am the same height as you) I cut back my calorie intake to about 1200 a day for a month. I believe cutting calories is the best way to loose weight. Also, make healthier eating choices. and most importantly, when you have that little bite of cake left and you just cant seem to resist... RESIST!! push away.
only eat when you are hungry

also, it takes about 20 minutes for the body to register that you are full, so eat an apitizer or snack (healthy) right before a big meal so you dont eat as much.

If you have enough determination and hope, I'm sure you can do it.

Running/ swimming is the best thing for you. I sugest swimming because it is the sport that tones your body the quickest.

If you are in middle school those pills are dangerous do not use them just eat right and work out that is all you need stop trying to be an adult cause you are not.

Yeah, you should only eat 2 meals at day, and if your just gonna be inside your home all day or at school, ONE big meal should be plenty. Only eat when your actually hungrey.

Also, eat healthy. Stay away from cookies, ice cream and candy. Eat alot of fruits and vegetables.

You would do well to fit in an activity that engages you physically. Track and Field is getting started right now in most schools. There are no cuts. Why don't you give it a shot?

Eat less and exercise more are the only combination that works. Pills aren't safe, and the ones that are don't work. If you can't work out just eat less. It will work to lost weight too. Count calories. Obsess about it. Skinny people think about what they eat alot more than they appear to. Don't ever eat less than 1200 calories a day, around 1500 should be fine just make sure you are getting all of your nutrients (amino acids and keep electrolyte levels up). Eat 3 healthy meals or more per day within these low calorie restrictions and work out and you will be losing weight in no time!

weight watchers

well i am 15, and weigh about 110 lbs, maybe a little less, and am 5'4. so you are a little "overweight" yes. but you just need to excersise in a fun way. if you want to have a sandwhich with letd say mustard, try to find a low fat mustar, things like that. things with less fat and smaller portions always work :)

Join Weight Watchers on line and do their program from home. That way you get the support of the group online without having to find time to attend meetings outside your home.

you are not alone dear, i started dieting yesterday and i already feel better.
no pills, just make sure you eat healthy and have about 500 calories per meal.

5'0" = 100Ibs. 5'1" = 105Ibs. 5'2" = 110Ibs. 5'3" = 115Ibs...and so on...

you need to do both, walk 30 minutes a day to start , cut the crap (we are what we eat) Do adkins diet. don't cheat. write everything down that you eat. you need to drop a good 30+ pounds. GOOD LUCK, and you can do it if you want .
