Question: if i keep my metabolism up by eating healthy 6 meals a day an exercising..(jogging) an weight lifting an pushups....2 keep my energy up will i lose wieght ?

yes and u also need to subtract calories from your diet and burn off a certain amount of calories...switch up your workout routine about every six weeks to keep your body guessing and you'll avoid a weight loss plateau. but eat every three to four hours and do at least an hour of cardio per day and you'll lose a lot of weight...i lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks doing this...it's a wonderful feeling. please avoid all diet pills, they don't work, they're unhealthy and a waste of money.

Losing weight doesn't depend so much on metabolism as on exercise and what and how much you eat.
