How possible do you think it is to lose 4lbs by March 16th.?!


Question: It's very possible. sweat alot,ie.. running, walking, weights, eat the right foods. not doing anything around the house..wear trash bags when in limbo of your next exercise, it will make you sweat more than if just wearing a jogging suit.

Its possible don't know how much you weigh now etc. Do it healthy.

Yeah you can lose the water weight, don't really know how :P but I know in my nutrition class the first few pounds are usually water or something or other

i think its very possible u put Ur mind to it u can do it i have alot of weight to lose and 4lbs in almost 2 wks yeah u can do that, no starving urself just excerise alittle bit more and skip all the junk food,fast food etc...

you could alllways try the green tea diet

the only side effects are alot extra bowel movement and a stomach ache for the first day but aftaer a while u get use to it

it is very possible. reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories per day(assuming that you eat at least 1700 calories per day on average--you can't go lower than 1200 calories per day). work off another 500 calories. you will actually lose more than 4 lbs, because you will also reduce fluid and bloating. that will make you appear even thinner.

I heard that those wraps you do at salon's work and you lose anywhere from 5-15 pounds plus inches from your whole body. Range from $80-300 depending on where you go. There is even one you can buy online.
