What im i doing wrong? :(?!
Question: So i started to go to the gym a week ago for an hour daily ill do the elliptical for 20min, the bike for 20 and the mill for 20 more. I am also dieting i eat cereal for breakfast and a small meal of grilled chicken breast with broccoli at lunch and dinner and thats it. But since then I've gained 10 pounds!! i expected to loose at least 2 pounds for that week but what happened? what I'm i doing wrong? :(
