Practise your boxing routines (punching the air) with combinations (straight, hooks, uppercuts, everything you got) to work up your heart rate. Throw good punches, as if you were really hitting something. Hold weights in your hands if you want to toughen it up. Remember to put a lot of twist in your punches, especially the hooks and uppercuts, it'll get your obliques going.

Take those 20 lb dumbells, 25 if you want, and stand up straight holding both to your sides. Now do a hammercurl with both arms, but when they're up to your shoulder, then do a shoulder press, bring it down to shoulder position, and lower to your sides. Do how many ever reps of those you can do.

Do some jumping squats, as many as you can do, and then drop down to a push up, do as many as you can do, and then to sit up position, and do as many as you can do.

Stand up now, time to do some tricep extensions, hold 15lbs, or whatever weight you can do, behind your head standing up, back straight, NOT pushed in. Then raise your arms above your head, hold for 1 full second, and then bring it down behind your head again. Do how many ever reps you want of these.

No no, we're not done yet, now dance, get up and start dodging those imaginary punches. One is coming straight for you, shoot your upper body as fast as you can to the left, then to the right, add punches. Do this long enough and you'll feel it in your sides, unless you're already good at it of course.

Now, repeat the whole thing as long as you can last. (I'm not recommending sets because these are endurance exercises and the amount you can do will vary a lot)

try doing like push ups except with a pole or if u dont have a pole then like just do jumping jacks for like 2 hours
