To eat healthy, is to eat 3 meals a day with a snack in between lunch and dinner. Eat protein with every meal along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid soda and processed foods. Don't eat junk and avoid white flour and sugar. Eat whole grains and make sure you look at the ingredients. If it has high fructose corn syrup in it DON'T BUY IT.........
