Can I lose 20 lbs in 1 month on this menu?!

Question: Here is my diet menu for the next month,

Breakfast and Dinner - is a medium sized bowl of miso soup with seaweed, firm tofu, green onion and spinach.

Snacks - is a fruit or a couple tablespoons of plain balkan style yogurt or 1 or 2 sheets of nori. With at least 4 hours between meals and snack time.

Fluids - is lots and lots of water, tea and coffee with no milk or sugar.

Supplements are vitamin C, calcium, CLA, Kamut/greens powder in water and "Precision" sports supplement with things like guarana, yerba mate, green tea leaf, bitter orange peel and other natural ingredients.

Exercise - is a trampoline and 4 lb dumbells. Please make suggestions as to what exercises I should be doing on it and how long?

So what does everyone think/any suggestions??
Thanks!

I dont know...it seems abit tooooooo low on calories....remember your body goes into starvation mode if you dont give it enough energy.

dont think about quick weight loss cuz it doesnt last. a healthy diet with excersise is the right way. i suggest adding some lean proteins (lean chicken/turkey/fish or if your veggie...lentils/beans/egg whites) and a few whole grains like quinoa/ bulgur/ brown rice to get the right type of energy.

oh and if your not eating fish...i sugest an omega 3 supplement bcuz omega 3 is very important and aids weight loss

best of luck

i recomend fasting.. i lose lbs in days...

With that diet I'd be taking all the vitamins I could. It will help you lose fat if you are NOT deficient in any vitamins. Find a better protein source or make sure you eat plenty of tofu.

That's is a pretty good plan depending on your age. It is too low in calories. You can work out 30minutes a day and 30 minutes for weights every other. You should look at the 30 day plan on this website only if you are over 18. My friends and I did very well. I am on my second week and droped a pants size. http://gr8income.isagenix.com/us/en/home...
good luck email me.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
