Is tomatoe soup okay to eat for an after school snack?!


Question: I have to walk home, so i get hungry after. Is Campbells tomato soup okay to eat, i eat crackers with it, 5-6 crackers.
On the can it says only 100 calories, so it it okay?

I think it's great to it tomato soup because it isn't a lot of calories when you compare 100 calories from tomato soup and more than1200 calories when eating at least two big macs from McDonald's. I think the carbs are fine by me. I don't know which crackers you eat with, but you should get the non-salty crackers since Campbell's uses a lot of salt. At least that's what i think when eating it myself. You should buy the wheat crackers, they are delish! What do you drink when you get home? I prefer you drink milk or purified water. If you think you might get fat from eating a can of tomato soup and crackers, you're wrong! Don't worry about! I eat a lot and I only weigh a nice sum of pounds. I wish I could show you a picture but I don't have any. I know I act like a Doctor but don't worry. I also suggest you don't eat it every school day because you are then eating too much salt, which is also a problem. Try eating a sandwich with freshly sliced tomatoes on top or just the wheat crackers. Because you might just spoil your dinner! I hope my advice is very helpful! BYE! Love, Sweet Kiss! That's moi!
